Who am I?
I am a highly accomplished coach, consultant, author, and speaker, specializing in talent development, change management, cultural transformation, communications, and training design.
Known as a masterful consultant and coach for transformational growth and change, I challenge outdated conceptual frameworks without destabilizing those who hold them.
My drive to empower others is fueled by my personal and professional values and a vision of what is possible for us all.
My Work Journey
I served as a corporate senior executive, leading the Human Resources and Learning & Development functions at regional banks and global companies. While doing so, I created and taught courses at local universities and launched a counseling practice for those making major life transitions or exploring new life directions. The unique quality of my work made me an in-demand conference speaker.
When I became immersed more in routine and program maintenance rather than in creative program development and employee interactions, the corporate routine dulled me. To remedy that, I stepped out for a period of time to consult—twice—helping to transform companies and individuals more directly. Then, when I felt fully sparkled up, I stepped back into a corporate leadership role and continued to do what I do best.
In 2010, I switched my work from executive and consultant to full-time contractor in order to focus exclusively on developing best-practice work. I had the good fortune to contract full time for several of the world’s great companies, including General Motors, Google, and Microsoft. I have an uncannily accurate ability to see the potential in people, companies, and organizations, envisioning both who they are and what they can become. I have mastered the skills to help others map where they are now in order to step more easily into potential futures.
